Who we are

Broker Desk is operated by Broker Desk. For the data of a broker's clients, owners and contacts, the broker is the controller and Broker Desk acts as the processor on the broker's instructions. For the broker's own account data, Broker Desk is the controller. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we process

• Account: name, e-mail, language, sign-in records.
• Workspace content the broker connects: stock, contacts, WhatsApp and Telegram messages, CRM records, drafts and decisions.
• Credentials for connected services (CRM, Google Sheets, AI keys, WhatsApp): stored encrypted and used only for that connection.
• Payments: we receive the payment status and amount from Ziina. Card details are entered on Ziina's page and never reach us.
• Technical logs: requests, errors and usage counts, kept for security and support.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: matching requests to stock, preparing drafts, sending what the broker approved, reminders, billing and support. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not train AI models on it.

Who receives it

Hosting in a data centre used by us; the AI provider the broker selects with their own key (only the text needed for a task); the CRM and messaging services the broker connects; Ziina for payments; an e-mail provider for sign-in and reminder e-mails. Each broker's data is isolated from other brokers at the database level.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the workspace exists. The broker can export or delete the workspace; deletion removes its data from the live database, and backups that still contain it expire within 14 days. Payment records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data, and object to processing. Clients and contacts of a broker should contact that broker first; we assist the broker in answering. Any message recipient can opt out by replying as shown in the message.

Security

Encryption of stored credentials, encrypted backups, separate access roles, HTTPS everywhere and per-broker isolation in the database.
